- The applicant must be fulltime employ or student at School/Senior College/ Higher Education Institute/ University.
- The applicant must be having distinct research contribution in the respective domain.
- He / She must be having minimum 3 years of research related experience in the respective domain.
- The age of applicate should not be more than 35 years.
